Shipping Fee of INR 80 is charged for all Prepaid Orders.

Shipping charges will be automatically done free if the cart value is above INR 1499.

Please note, Custom Chic has nothing to do with the shipping charges as entire shipping amount is being transferred to the courier company.   

All orders placed will be dispatched with in 24-48 Working hours. However, there are some items under handcrafted section which are being made on order so they might take 5-6 working days if not ready. 

Any address change requests if there shall be accepted only if they are not dispatched from our end.

We don't accept any urgent orders. However, let us know if there is any urgency of any order we will try our best if anything can be done.  

Once an order is dispatched you will get mail regarding your tracking id and you can directly track your order from there. 

We use the best courier companies such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Dtdc. We choose courier companies depending upon the service of the postal address. 

Our courier companies would take 4-5 business days to deliver your order. Please note, Holidays and Sundays are always non business days. Therefore, No orders can be delivered on Sundays & Holidays. 

Please note, Courier company cannot deliver in any specific time and also cannot do open delivery. We request you to kindly not make any request regarding these.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, though we will be always there to assist you regarding tracking the parcel if there is a problem from the delivery partner’s end.
